What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is a relaxed 1pm (a hostel luxury). Early check-in and late check-out are free of charge based on availability - just contact us before you arrive or before you leave.

Can I arrive late at night?

Yes. Reception is open 24 hours, so you can check in at any time.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. Luggage storage is free, with extra secure storage for laptops, cameras and valuables - handy while you trek to Machu Picchu.

How do you help with the altitude?

We serve free coca tea at reception to help you adjust to Cusco's altitude (around 3,400m). Oxygen is also available at reception for acute cases, and our staff can share tips and point you to nearby pharmacies.

Are towels provided?

Towels are free in single and double rooms. In dorms and other rooms they can be rented for just 5 soles for your whole stay. Bed linen is always included.

Can I borrow an iron or hair dryer?

Yes - irons and hair dryers are free on request. Just ask at reception.

Where can I do laundry?

There's a laundry service right across the road - drop off your clothes and get them back washed within a few hours.

What events happen during the week?

There's something on most nights, including Ladies Night on Tuesdays, a free Pisco Sour class plus FriYay drink specials on Fridays, and Sunday BBQ with games. Ask reception for the latest weekly line-up.

Can I cook my own food?

Yes. Our spacious guest kitchen with fridges, ovens and a gas stove is free for all guests.

Can I change dollars to soles?

Yes, we exchange US dollars to soles at reception, and free maps are available too.
