ChocoMuseo Cusco is an interactive chocolate museum where visitors can learn about cacao history and make their own chocolate, just steps from the city center.

Just a short walk from Loki and the Plaza de Armas, the ChocoMuseo Cusco offers a delicious blend of culture and flavor. More than a museum, this interactive space lets you trace the journey of cacao from ancient tropical forests to the chocolate bars we enjoy today. You’ll learn about the role of cocoa in pre-Columbian history and modern Peruvian agriculture, and you can even join hands-on workshops where you grind beans, temper chocolate, and create your own treats to take home.
Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, the ChocoMuseo experience is both educational and delicious — plus, tasting Peruvian chocolate at its source in the Andes is a travel highlight few miss.
