Flights from Lima go to both Piura and Tumbes, which buses can be got the rest of the way(approx 3hrs). Or if you prefer you can get a taxi directly there from the airports for $30-50.
Busses from Lima and Quito will stop in Màncora, and Loki is located on the main road through the town. Either a 5 minute walk or 1-2 soles in a moto taxi, towards the southern end of town.
